CREATIVE DIRECTOR

In 2024, I had the honor of contributing to the launch of Austria’s first immersive restaurant.

Located in the heart of Vienna, within the Immersium immersive museum, this establishment offers an exclusive dining experience several evenings a week, featuring a five-course tasting menu.

At the request of Markus Beyr, Director of Attraktion! and Immersium, I was given complete creative freedom to design a menu based on the theme of a journey around the world.

This culinary journey invites guests on a sensory voyage across continents, eras, and emotions, achieving a delicate balance between spectacle and gastronomic experience.

More than 18 distinct scenes were produced for the show. My role encompassed all phases of the project, from concept development to the final technical adjustments. I personally produced two-thirds of the scenes using After Effect and AI, while a Viennese team handled the 3D modeling of the visuals.

In addition to creative direction and production, my expertise also extended to providing comprehensive consulting for the creation of an immersive dining experience that seamlessly integrates three essential elements: the show, the cuisine, and the service.
