In 2018,  Clement Beurais, collaborated with Marc-Antoine Malia as the creative director at V.O.L. to introduce an innovative F&B concept a new bar/restaurant/club in Shanghai. With the valuable contributions of Margaux Lehermite for decoration and Agathe Sera for visual identity, we successfully established the renowned the Cut Rooftop, an iconic venue in Shanghai that thrived for over 5 years.

Known for its trendy tapas and breathtaking views, Cut Rooftop quickly became a magnet for both local and international crowds, attracting a diverse range of patrons. We hosted an impressive lineup of more than 15 parties and concerts each month, catering to the tastes and preferences of our global audience.
