Super Attractive Ghetto Blaster (SAGB) is a DJ and artist collective born in Shanghai in 2013, co-founded by Thibault Ressy (aka Toby) and Clement Beurais (aka Clemie Jolie).

It all started with a few parties in a small Colombian hideout called 'La Cava.' These initial parties gained momentum and quickly transformed into one of Shanghai's most renowned Thursday night events, hosted at the iconic the Cut Rooftop.

The crew expanded over the years, including Pierre-Antoine Martin (aka PA), Alexander Fripp (aka DJ Alex), Francois Soulignac (aka Sonic Mitern), Charles Hoel (aka Charlie What), David Touré (aka Daweed), Quentin Foucque (aka Keint), and Jean-Baptiste Blanc (aka Jibe).

SAGB is not merely a DJ party but rather a comprehensive artistic endeavor that showcases captivating visuals and videos, all centered around an emblematic radio from the 80s: the legendary ghetto blaster, commonly referred to as the boombox.

Thibault Ressy established the SAGB Instagram account a decade ago, and it swiftly gained popularity due to its eccentric snapshots featuring our beloved character, the ghetto blaster, in various locations across the globe, passing from hand to hand.

Since its inception, over 200 parties have been performed in Shanghai, Lyon, Luang Prabang, and Ho Chi Minh, with each party having its own specific flyer.

Other artists have also contributed, including Remy Alton, Aghte Serra (Hgat), Tanguy Rolland, Xavier Courraud...

As we grow older, SAGB is taking more breaks, but we never know how the future will unfold!
