For over a decade, Clément Beurais works in shaping the immersive experience of the acclaimed Ultraviolet Restaurant by Paul Pairet.

From its early stages of conception until release of the last fourth Menu in 2023, he worked on more than 80 immersives scenes, 4 menus, 20 hours of show.

The dining room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a 360-degree projection screen, projection on the table, surround sound, and synchronized lighting. These elements work together to create a multisensory experience that complements the flavors and presentation of each dish. The visuals, sounds, and even scents are carefully choreographed to transport guests to different environments, enhancing their dining experience.
